Scope of Project The general scope of the project includes: * Review of the stream hydrology to evaluate existing conditions and proposed improvements. * Limited topographic survey to verify existing conditions and develop a basemap as needed for the preliminary design. * Structure study and preliminary design for the ford removal and replacement bridge structure. * Review the adjacent pedestrian trails to evaluate functionality in the current configuration and possible alternate recommendations. * Review the stream corridor an offer recommendations to enhance the quality of the stream ecosystem, i.e. adding floodplain areas, channel realignment, habitat improvements, etc. Some of the proposed improvements may require removal of storage buildings and/or pavement in the current service center operations area. Anticipated deliverables: * Maps and exhibits to assemble and summarize areas of proposed improvements and scope. * Structure study for the Parkway bridge structure. * Summary of the required review agencies and permits that may be required. * Preliminary site plan and profile section for the roadway structure. * Color renderings and presentation exhibits to for marketing and public meetings.
