Replace the existing water to water booster with a vertical, double wall, compact 40 gpm water to water indirect heater. This is a supply purchase only; labor will be provided by Bureau of Prisons staff. The vendor shall supply a water-to-water booster to FCI McKean, capable of bringing domestic water from 40 to 140 degrees with 190 degree incoming boiler water, with a minimum capacity of 40 gpm water flow, a 3" domestic cold water inlet, and a 2" hot water outlet. Specifications include: copper-nickel shell with naval brass tube sheet, double wall tube bundle construction, complete package (4 piping connections), electronic 3-way control valve mounted, and domestic circulation pump mounted. Maximum height with clearances not to exceed 90 inches. The current unit is a Patterson-Kelley storage water heater Model 200-1-6P, 400-gallon storage capacity, 132 GPH domestic water with inlet temp 40, outlet temp 120. This is a supply purchase only. Indicate any additional costs such as shipping on the quotation. This solicitation is restricted, 100% Small Business. Substitutions to specifications in line-item descriptions are prohibited.
