The services procured will be solicited on a brand name basis for Pentair branded parts and services. Vendors must be capable of performing the work to the required standards and are required to submit a capability statement. Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
