This project is located at Harry Reid International Airport and includes rehabilitation of the concrete and trench drain around D gates. Work will include spall and crack seal repair, replacement of trench drain segments, and updating signs and striping at Taxiway C islands. The contract is federally assisted and subject to 49 CFR Part 26 regarding participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, with a DBE goal of 23.6% of the contract amount for the base bid. Applicable NAICS codes are 237110, 237310, 238210, 238910, and 541380. Each bidder must supply all information required by the bid documents and specifications, and furnish a bid guarantee as described in the instructions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price. All labor must be paid no less than the minimum wage rates established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor and the State of Nevada. The contract incorporates federal provisions including Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, Affirmative Action, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension, and Governmentwide Requirements for a Drug-free Workplace. The contract is subject to Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity, and federal labor provisions.
