Sealed bids are invited for the Pettis County Administrative Building project. All equipment, materials, and quality of work must conform to the drawings and specifications available at Robert Rollings Architects, LLC. Contract documents for bidding purposes can be viewed online at Drexel Technologies, Inc. and may be purchased in digital or paper form at the cost of production. Bids must be submitted to the Pettis County Clerk's office, clearly marked for the project. Questions regarding contract documents should be directed in writing to Robert Rollings Architects, LLC. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least thirty days. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities in determining the lowest responsible bidder. A pre-bid meeting will be held, attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
