Full-service maintenance for Air Handling Units (AHUs) including all labor, materials, parts, removal, replacement, and disposal of AHU air filters and ultraviolet (UV) bulbs serving AHUs and heat exchangers. Services include routine and scheduled replacement of filters in accordance with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Construction and Facilities Management HVAC Design Manual dated November 2017, and replacement of UV bulbs to meet manufacturer requirements, environmental safety standards, and facility operational needs. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all work is performed by qualified personnel knowledgeable in AHU filter and UV bulb systems, compliant with applicable VA standards, safety requirements, and disposal regulations. The contract includes a base period with four one-year option periods and requires a quality control plan to ensure consistent performance and adherence to all specifications in the statement of work.
