Sealed bids are sought for the Rehabilitation of the Juror Parking Garage located at 19 S. Orange Ave and Howard Street within the Hall of Records Complex in Newark, NJ. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) (with a maximum sum of $20,000) of the total maximum bid price for the contract, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the bid. Bidders must file an annual political contribution disclosure statement with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission if they receive contracts from public entities totaling in excess of $50,000 in a calendar year. The ECIA reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid submission and to reject any and all submissions for any and all reasons. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
