Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Oak Creek, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the addition of a 880-square-foot medical facility; for the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and medical facility.
Reference Number 0000418661 The Project consists of an 880 SF addition and 3,000 SF of internal renovation, completed in five phases to concurrently maintain clinic operations, and exterior parking and access improvements. Contractors must consider phasing plans that 1) maintain continuous clinic operations, 2) implement infection control measures, 3) control dust, noise, and disruption, and 4) coordinate work with Owner to ensure patient safety. The project includes site and foundation work including professional surveying for topography and accurate utility placement, excavation to prepare the subgrade and removal of any unsuitable soils, and pouring reinforced concrete foundations and footings to support the new addition; utilities and building systems installation including new plumbing (e.g. tying water/sewer into existing mains, placing clinical fixtures) and electrical systems including a new transformer, extending power distribution, lighting and critical data/fiber/telephone; general construction and finishes, (e.g. framing, roofing, interior build-out, and interior finishing). Alternates include paving and site access to accommodate increased patient traffic safety, (e.g. parking lot paving, asphalt/concrete sidewalk(s)). Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security consisting of a Bid Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's total bid price, without conditions, payable to the District. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract Question Deadline 04/23/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted through electronically. Any responses will be issued via written addendum by April 30, 2026 at 5 p.m. MDT. The District reserves the right to award the contract by section, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. Bids will be evaluated based on price and bidder qualifications.
