The project consists of milling, paving, and striping to current applicable standards and specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. Sealed bids should be returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked with "Bid Response for IFB 26500022, 2026 Annual Paving" and addressed to the Procurement Officer. The bidder's name should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Bidders may also submit online bids through eVA after registering as a vendor in eVA. No single uploaded file through eVA can exceed 60 MB. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must be submitted with each bid. The bidder must be a VDOT prequalified contractor. The bid withdrawal procedure follows procedure (i) of Section 2.2-4330 of the Code of Virginia.
