Description

Remodeling of a retail development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 6,600-square-foot retail development.

The Work includes the renovation of approximately 6,600 square feet of retail dining spaces within the 131,000 square foot student union building. The work will involve selective demolition of existing walls, reconfiguration of interior partitions, and updated interior finishes as required throughout the renovated spaces. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. Project documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $250. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this Work.
