The work for this project includes removal, replacement, and reinstallation of precast concrete landscape curbs, piers, and stairs. Proposals require a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the specified date and time.
