Plans and specifications are available at LJA, 4300 Legendary Drive, Suite C280, Destin, FL. Bids must comply with Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes on public entity crimes. The project completion date is 180 days from the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $250.00 per day for failure to complete on time. Bids must be sealed and indicate it is for the City of Laurel Hill Old Ebenezer Waterline Replacement. All bids must remain firm for sixty days after opening. Bidders must comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning contractor licensing, registration, and regulation in Florida.
