Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project includes, but is not limited to: 1) stormwater pollution control; 2) SCRRA permit and flaggers; 3) locating existing pipe; 4) restoration of existing landscape and hardscape; 5) pipe cleaning and material disposal; 6) 23 linear feet of concrete sidewalk grinding; 7) installation of one shallow manhole; 8) 5 cubic yards of CLSM backfill; 9) 260 linear feet of slip lining existing storm drain; 10) construction surveying; and 11) all related work as provided in the proposed schedule of work and prices. All bids must be sealed and submitted to the City Clerk at the specified address. Bids will not be accepted after the stated deadline. Mark the outside of the envelope with the project information as specified.
