B) Complete roof renovation of the building, Ecole St-Boniface located at 459 Route 105, Bois-Franc, Quebec J9L 3A9. 2 The scope of work also includes the following, but is not limited to: A) Removal and installation of asphalt shingles and TPO membrane; B) Repair of the asphalt shingle and TPO membrane roof; C) Modification and addition of gutters and downspouts; .3 Work Schedule: A) Please refer to the project owner's general conditions. .4 The works include incidental works which, whilst not shown or described in the specifications, are customary and necessary for the completion of the works for the purpose for which they are intended.
