Renovation of an educational facility in Ripley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
West Virginia University at Parkersburg is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the Jackson County Center Roof Replacement project. The scope includes removal of the existing roof down to the deck and installation of a new roof system consisting of .060 EPDM over 1/2-inch protection board over tapered roof insulation over two layers of thick base roof insulation. Work covers the main roof, the roof over the elevator shaft, and the roof over the stair tower. The shingled roof is to remain. Electronic bid documents will be available at no cost. The project does not require Davis Bacon Wage Requirements. Final questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing to ssimon@pickeringusa.com by 1:00 PM on Wednesday April 8, 2026.
