Allen Ave. San Dimas, CA 91773 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CALLING FOR BIDS: The Bonita Unified School District will receive sealed bids for a contract for asphalt at various sites. Each bidder must possess a valid Class C12 - Earthwork and Paving License at the time the bid is awarded and maintain it throughout the duration of the contract. All bids must be prepared and presented using District forms and delivered to the designated location by the specified deadline. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Small businesses and firms owned and controlled by women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and disabled veterans are encouraged to participate or be solicited as subcontractors. Contractors and all subcontractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements and must be registered with the DIR per public works project regulations. Each bid must be responsive to the bid documents and include a bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening date. During this time, all bidders must guarantee the prices quoted in their bids. A.
