Scope of Services This project includes removal of existing retaining wall and construction of new retaining wall. The Contractor will have Thirty (30) working days to complete the project. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day thereafter as provided in these specifications. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding and to make awards in the interest of the City. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of bids.
