Access Point Improvement Project involves the procurement and installation of commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 requirements. The project is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and seeks qualified small business contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete improvements to access points as specified in the solicitation. Work must comply with applicable standards and provisions referenced in the solicitation. Quotations will be evaluated based on compliance with requirements and overall value to the agency. This project is for the construction of a new secured access point at the USFS National Technology and Development Program campus in San Dimas, CA. Work includes demolition of existing features, driveway approach construction, and the installation of new fencing and gates Site Visit: Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect the site prior to submitting offer.
