The awarded bidder(s) will receive notice to proceed in the form of a purchase order from the JSD Purchasing Department. Contractors must not proceed without a purchase order. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Jordan School District Auxiliary Services located at 7905 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. The meeting will commence outside the main office at the indicated time, whereby all Contractors will sign a Bid Attendance Sheet. Nothing stated at the pre-bid conference will change the invitation for bid unless a change is made by written addendum. There will be three (3) different location types associated with this bid package, an auxiliary building, a middle school, and an elementary school. A bid attendance sheet will be available at each location type, and attendance at only one of the locations is required to be deemed a responsive bidder as to the bid requirements.
