Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Proposals are requested for the NW Park - Parking Lot and Land Clearing Project. Responses received after the exact time and date set for submission will not be accepted. Solicitation documents can be obtained through the specified website. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be hosted on site. Electronic responses are accepted as per solicitation instructions. The City of New Braunfels is seeking a quotation for site clearing services on a newly acquired145 acre property located at Conrads Lane and FM 1102. The selected contractor will be required to remove and appropriately dispose of various materials and debris by ither recycling or land fill and prepare the site for public use. Any hazardous materials will need to be identified and disposed of properly. Off limits or restricted vehicle areas will be discussed on mandatory site walk. Project will also consist of building two gravel parking areas consisting of approximately 6,000 Square Yards.
