Natural Resources Canada is seeking proposals from bidders to obtain professional services for existing building commissioning (EBCx) of federal facilities as part of the Greening Government Strategy and the Federal Sustainable Development Strategy. Bidders may demonstrate their preference for one to six regions. Mandates may involve single or multiple buildings and may include one or more of the following activities: Initial EBCx pre-screening (portfolio analysis to prioritize and select appropriate EBCx and GHG emission reduction approach); Recommissioning (RCx) mandate (services to optimize performance of existing buildings and improve operations of equipment and systems); and Ongoing Commissioning (OCx) (services to implement and support strategies to maintain and improve building equipment and systems performance and sustain acquired knowledge in the medium term). NRCan will issue Supply Arrangements to those whose offers meet all requirements and conditions precedent to issuance.
