Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide 'as and when required' professional services at various locations throughout the province of Quebec. Locations may include, but are not limited to: Valcartier, DRDC Valcartier, Bagotville, Montreal, Saint-Jean, and all satellite sites associated with bases and squadrons in Quebec. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective is to select the two proponents with the highest total score. The SL will be for a period of three years with a maximum estimated value of $6,000,000. The SL may be extended for up to one additional two year period and increased in the order of $4,000,000 at DCC’s sole discretion. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $400,000 and $900,000. There is no maximum amount for the commissions under the SL. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System.
