This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is issued by Cardston County (the County) for companies to indicate their interest in, and their qualifications to be a General Contractor for the replacement of Bridge File 693. Construction is expected to be completed in 2026. Based on the Responses to the RFPQ, the County intends to short-list companies to participate in the Tender stage, which would be the final step in the Competitive Selection Process. The replacement structure will consist of a 2.4 m dia. CSP’s (3.5mm wall thickness) x 65.0m invert length on a 26-degree left hand forward skew to Range Rd 25-1.
