Full renovation of the women's basketball locker room, including renovations to the team room, lounge, restrooms, and locker room. The project includes the addition of a pantry adjacent to the lounge and modest reconfigurations of the restrooms and the locker room. All construction activities must be completed before October 23, 2026. Bidders must submit documentation of completing at least three and no more than five comparable projects with a construction value at award of $2,200,000 or greater within the last seven years, demonstrating ability with respect to project size, cost, use, and complexity. Two of the submitted projects must be higher education athletic facilities. All projects must be within the nine Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma. For each project, provide name, address, owner's name, contract value at award, total change order value, completion date, owner's representative contact information, and a description of comparability. List all projects on UC campuses and National Labs (LBNL, LLNL) completed or ongoing in the last five years, if any. Bidders must register and obtain bid documents through the online bidding system, BuildingConnected, and request access via email. Participation in the mandatory pre-bid site tour is required. Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected, and the original bid bond received within two business days of the bid deadline. The successful bidder must hold a current "B" General Contractor license, comply with nondiscrimination and equal opportunity requirements, and pay prevailing wage and no less than the UC Fair Wage.
