Sealed bids are requested for annual use bid items for delivery as required during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Bid items include chlorine, concrete, and sand and gravel. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the applicable bid type and number. Bids received after the specified closing time will be returned unopened. Bidders may obtain bid documents from the Purchasing Department or submit bids electronically via the specified website, which will require digital registration and signature. The signature on the bid must be from an authorized representative as defined by Louisiana Public Bid Law. All required Certificates of Liability Insurance must list the City of Slidell as additionally insured. All applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations apply to the contract throughout. The City encourages participation by Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The City of Slidell reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
