Site work for a water / sewer project in Dundas, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves furnishing all labor and materials for the complete in-place construction of the following approximate quantities: 3,100 square yards of bituminous pavement removal, 100 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, 1,550 cubic yards of common excavation, 550 tons of Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (4,F), 350 tons of Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (4,F), 550 linear feet of 10" - 15" PVC sanitary sewer, and 100 linear feet of 12" - 30" RCP storm sewer. All bidders and companies submitting responses must comply with MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor requirements. Bids will be accepted only via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award can be found in the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
