Description: 2026 Street Rehabilitation Preventative Maintenance - Pavement Repairs. Instructions to bidders: This is an online bid and is divided into three volumes. Volume One is the Bid information and does not need to be returned. Volume Two is the Forms and questionnaires that must be completed. Volume Three is the Excel pricing sheets and must be completed in the highlighted areas (yellow) and returned as an attachment with the signed forms in Volume Two. In VSS, only the Unofficial Total on line one needs to be entered. No hard copies of bids will be accepted. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service website and must be registered to submit a bid. Pricing must be submitted on all commodity lines in the electronic bid. Blank pricing on commodity lines will be considered a bid of $0.00.
