Clark Public Utilities is updating its Small Works Roster for public works projects under $350,000 and its Professional Engineering & Architects (PEA) Roster. Applications for the Small Works Roster are accepted from licensed and bonded contractors for various types of work listed online. Contractors must register, create a vendor profile, select applicable work categories, and submit required forms, including a Small Works Roster Contract, W-9, and Insurance Synopsis within 15 calendar days. Insurance of $1,000,000 for General Liability and Automobile is required, along with the ability to obtain performance and payment bonds up to $350,000 plus state sales tax. The PEA Roster is used for design projects, intermittent project-based contracts, and services included in the 2026 Capital Program, covering architectural, landscape, electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, hydraulic, and surveying engineering services. It also covers a wide range of Water Department Capital Program projects like civil engineering, watermain design, environmental services, hydrology, geotechnical engineering, land surveying, structural design, architectural and building systems design, construction management, and various inspection and testing services. Firms must register, select relevant PEA categories, and upload the required SF330 form. Updates to previously uploaded SF330s are encouraged.
