Fresno State is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architecture and planning firms to provide comprehensive Campus Master Planning services. The university is seeking to engage a firm with expertise in comprehensive campus master planning for institutions of higher education, including experience with complex public-sector environments, long-range capital planning, infrastructure renewal, stakeholder engagement, and environmental review processes. The solicitation of SOQs through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step in the selection process and provides information necessary for respondents to prepare and submit SOQs for evaluation and initial ranking by the Owner. All architectural firms seeking commissions on major capital outlay projects must be prequalified with the CSU Board of Trustees. Respondents must be prequalified with the CSU Trustees prior to submitting a SOQ. Firms must submit their prequalification application no less than ten business days prior to the SOQ submittal due date. Applications are submitted through the web-based system via PlanetBids.
