General Contractor/Construction Manager services are needed for a Community Room Project involving rehabilitation. The delivery location is the WRHA Office at 170 Hedgefield Lane, Wytheville, VA 24382. The contract will be a firm fixed-price. Owner to furnish all material 4) Remove all doors in hallways, bathrooms, laundry room and replace interior doors with solid residential doors and hardware (all hardware to have locking capability and be ADA compliant). Owner to furnish. All shall be of type for ADA compliance. 5) Install all new water-proof laminate flooring in hallway and community room. Install a durable water-proof flooring in laundry room. Owner to purchase both flooring types. 6) Add and/or replace cabinets by sink as directed by the Owner. Relocate the fire extinguisher to a location approved by the Owner and in compliance with applicable code requirements. Replace existing chairs and tables with new furnishings as furnished or selected by the Owner. 7) Remove existing window facing trim and replace with modern wood trim.
