The Massachusetts Port Authority is soliciting consulting services for the rehabilitation of Runway 4L-22R at Boston Logan International Airport. The Authority seeks a qualified multidiscipline consulting firm or team with proven experience to provide professional services including planning, design, and construction, along with resident inspection services related to the mill and inlay and electrical improvements of Runway 4L-22R. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties to deliver these services in a timely and effective manner. Required areas of expertise include Civil, Pavement Design, Airfield Electrical, Cost Estimating, Airfield Construction Phasing, Resident Inspection, Climate Resiliency, and Sustainable Design. The contract will be work order based, with a total fee not to exceed $2,500,000. By responding to this solicitation, consultants agree to accept the terms and conditions of Massport’s standard federal work order agreement. Consultants must specify in their cover letter that they have the ability to obtain requisite insurance coverage. Any submission not received by the specified deadline will be rejected as non-responsive.
