The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to inspect, repair, test, and return to service Skyway traction motors installed on JTA’s automated Skyway transit vehicles. The resulting contract will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with work issued on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor must be reputable and fully capable of providing all materials, equipment, transportation, machinery, supplies, tools, apparatus, incidentals, labor, and supervision necessary to conduct complete inspections and perform all required repairs for each traction motor.
