Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract consists of concrete reconstruction, asphalt reconstruction, pavement rehabilitation, land drainage sewer installation, and pedestrian crossing improvement at Austin Street, Bushnell Street, and various other locations. The major components include pavement removal, excavation, placement of geogrid and geotextile fabric, insulation of water services, sub-grade compaction, installation of catch basins, subdrains, sewer repairs, construction of reinforced concrete and barrier curbs, sidewalk construction, boulevard restoration and sod, asphalt pavement compaction, curb and median renewal, installation of detectable tiles, and restoration of affected areas after drainage and sewer work.
