Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Toutes Aides, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 320-square-foot municipal facility.
The works for this project include the design and construction of an Emergency Services Building. The works include, but are not limited to, the supply and installation of: a 320 m2, 4-bay, wood-frame building with steel paneling for the storage of the Community’s water delivery trucks, building shall be considered a “Post Disaster” building as defined by the National building Code of Canada, building to include a vestibule, office, washroom and a mechanical electrical room, building electrical, ventilation, mechanical and in-floor heating system; clearing, preparation, and filling of building site; engineered foundation for building; gravel approach and parking area complete with site grading and drainage; perimeter fencing and gates; water and sewer servicing.
