Site work for a water / sewer project in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install and place into operation secondary clarifier mechanisms for Final Clarifier 1 and 2, including but not limited to: energy dissipating inlet, scum skimmer mechanism, extended scum trough, sludge collection header, density current baffle, effluent weir, scum baffle, RAS adapter, pressure relief valves, electrical power and clarifier controls, and structural repair and coatings. Separate bids will be received for General Construction and Electrical Construction contracts. Prospective bidders are required to register with the designated website as a plan holder. All official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are found in the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Question Deadline 05/13/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All questions shall be submitted online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
