This project consists of roof replacement above the carpentry lab at the H1200 Suite (HH) in the Heintz Center as well as a portion of roof replacement above entry H25 within the H1100 Suite (HB) in the Heintz Center. The project includes a new built up roof system, new roof drains, a new galvanized steel wall mounted roof access ladder, and remodeling of some existing parapets. Per Minnesota State standards, a full-time roof observer is required during construction. Bidding Documents are as prepared by the Project Architect Engineer of Record; Seann Ringwall, Architecture Advantage.
