A single Contract will be awarded for the Work. Owner's budget for construction is $3,180,840.00. The work includes exterior site work, bus bays, wash bay, and other related construction categories such as pavement marking, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, demolition, aggregate, concrete flatwork and foundation, concrete walkway, electrical installation, grading, surface work, asphalt pulverizing, excavation, pavement removal, landscaping, lighting, power, plumbing, parking lots, HVAC, mechanical systems, sewer and water construction, masonry, sitework excavating and grading, painting, windows, and paving.
