The Port of Whitman County (Port) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants registered in the State of Washington for architectural and engineering services for its 2026 Waterfront & Marine Infrastructure Condition Assessment & Planning project. The selected consultant will provide engineering services for waterfront and marine infrastructure condition assessment at multiple Port-owned facilities, including the Ports of Central Ferry, Wilma, and Almota. Services may include, but are not limited to, structural evaluation, above- and below-water inspections, and development of repair and maintenance recommendations, including planning-level cost estimates. The Port reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and waive any irregularities. Final contract terms will be established through negotiation. The Port reserves the right to terminate negotiations for any reason at any time. The Port of Whitman County is an equal opportunity employer.
