Provide labor and materials for twice yearly cleaning of carpets and restoration of same carpets where possible. A “dry” carpet cleaner must be used so that there is the least possible disruption to business and the carpets can be walked upon and used immediately after or during carpet cleaning. All project work areas are to be left in clean condition prior to final inspection and acceptance. This work is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of the State of Washington. Subcontracting is not allowed. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and/or permits required to perform these services.
