Site work for a road / highway in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Redmond, WA is seeking bids from licensed contractors for the installation of new landscape and site irrigation systems along two major roadways within the city. The project includes providing installation at selected medians and right of ways on Avondale Road (all medians between SR 520 and NE 51st St., quantity 6) and West Lake Sammamish Parkway (all medians between Union Hill Road and NE 95th St., quantity 8). After planting is completed in September 2026, the contractor is also responsible for one year of landscape maintenance at these sites. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
