Contractor shall remove and replace double egress doors between the Domicliary Bldg. 24, Bldg. 1, and Bldg. 29 with all associated hardware, door closure, etc. in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Place of Performance: Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center 1201 E. Ninth St. Building 12 Bonham, TX 75418 Questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email no later than April 16, 2026, 1:00PM. The vendor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts and materials to furnish and install door located in DOM Bldg. 24, Bldg. 1 and 29. This includes demo and haul of existing double egress swing door. Contractor shall install 77" DCS 4000 series double egress swing door automatic operator (DOW 74") clear adonized finish. Door will have a door mounted sensor, time delay, 18" wire loop for exit, SDC power supply and access controller, a request to exit device with additional 30' of wire that come with a one-year warranty. Period Of Performance: 90 days after the Notice of Award is issued. Contractor shall schedule installation and all other work to be done during normal working hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Extended work periods or on Holidays may be authorized as needed to complete the task in a timely manner. The contactor must arrange with the VA POC to schedule work and facility access outside of these parameters.
