Sealed bid proposals are requested for various upgrades at New Paltz Middle School under Contract E - Electrical Construction (Bid Number 62-11-01-06-0-001-021). Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid as a commitment to enter into a contract and provide further security if required. Certification of the bonding company is required. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, technical defects, irregularities, or omissions, and to request additional information from any bidder or re-advertise for new bids. Complete sets of bidding documents, including drawings and specifications, can be obtained for a refundable deposit or as a digital download for a non-refundable fee. Bidders are responsible for all packaging and shipping costs if documents are shipped. A pre-bid meeting and walk-through are recommended but not mandatory.
