Repair and replace drainage system at Brentwood Bus Garage. Remove and replace 2 grated inlet tops and 1 double grated inlet top with new tops and grates Replace concrete around tops as needed Remove 1 existing manhole, partial concrete slab and dirt as needed. Replace manhole with new manhole base, poured in place base and sill section Replace any concrete to maintain slope to drain Replace dirt, seed and straw Remove approximately 2500 sq ft of existing PCCP concrete Removal includes saw cutting Dowel into existing concrete ADA ramp and entrance to facility Regrading and compacting of aggregate base Install approximately 2500 sq ft Portland Cement Concrete pavement 8” fiber mesh reinforced concrete and #4 epoxy coated rebar Reinstalled at like grades and breakpoint Must retain proper slope at storm drains for drainage Remove and install approximately 90 LF of pinned concrete curb and 160LF of new curb Must meet all Missouri DOT highway concrete spec. Replacement curb will match the line and grade of the existing curb Replacement curb shall be placed on PCC pavement free of dirt and debris #4 epoxy coated pins installed 24” on center to the curb to the pavement The length of the pins will be the thickness of the pavement and the height of the curb minus three inches. The top of the pin needs a minimum of 1 1/2inches of concrete cover To prevent erosion at the edge of drive extension rip rap will need to be installed for length of pour Clean up of area at the end of each work day and final clean up and removal of all debris and spoils at the conclusion of job.
