**As of July 12, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Scope of Services Demolition - The contractor will be responsible for demolition, removal, and proper disposal of structures, foundation/slab, and contents of the existing vacant buildings located at 2818 Breckenridge Industrial Court (former Bauser Haus property) in Webster Groves, MO 63119. Any questions Proposers wish to be addressed and which might require an addendum must be submitted before June 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. central time. Questions arising after the issuance of this RFP shall be submitted by e-mail to Public Works Project Manager Eric Lake at elake@brentwoodmo.org Bidders must complete and submit with their bids the Bid Schedule forms and a ten percent (10%) Bid Bond. The City of Brentwood hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept the bid or bids that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the City of Brentwood.
