Drainage Improvements: Approximately 2,200 linear feet of storm drains ranging from 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe to 6-foot by 4-foot reinforced concrete box, including junction boxes, inlets, and headwalls. Approximately 1,100 linear feet of 6-foot wide concrete flume and 64 linear feet of 6-foot wide concrete U-channel. Instructions to bidders: - Sealed bids must be addressed to the Board of Directors of Wright Farm Municipal Management District of Johnson County and received at the office of the Engineer for the District or electronically as specified. - Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the provided forms and provide the required insurance certificates within seven days after notification. - Bidders must submit written evidence of qualifications, including financial data, previous experience, and present commitments, as required in the contract documents with the bid. - Documents can be obtained and downloaded electronically at no charge as specified. - The Owner and District reserve the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids. - Any contract awarded is expected to be funded from Owner funds and District Bonds dedicated to the work. - All inquiries regarding the procurement should be addressed as specified.
