Work scope (wish list) , starting from the north (refer to the attached Google Earth Image) 1. Light pole at parking - Oakville Waltz Road 2. Kayak Launch A - Parking Darling Road (south of Darling Road) 3. Access drive and road markers to define the drive 4. Parking Lot - Six truck/trailers' spaces, twelve cars, and one or two light poles 5. 500 access drive and one lane boat access site, one light pole 6. Fishing pier 7. Kayak launch B 8. Kayak launch C Work scope includes the following items: light pole at parking on Oakville Waltz Road; Kayak Launch A with parking; access drive and road markers south of Darling Road; parking lot with spaces for six truck/trailers, twelve cars, and one or two light poles; 500' access drive and one lane boat access site with one light pole; fishing pier; Kayak Launch B; and Kayak Launch C. The work will be completed in two stages. Stage 1 is the focus of this process and involves providing a Phase 100 study, including all geotechnical investigations needed to evaluate the eight options for viability, practicality, and construction costs. Construction cost estimates must be prepared for each option. Meetings and reports are expected during the process, including an initial discussion, findings report, final study report, and final report. Firms must upload proposal responses to SIGMA VSS, enter the total cost for all phases as the bid amount, and are encouraged to combine technical and cost proposals into one attachment not exceeding 25mb. Late, incomplete, or improperly submitted proposals will not be considered. In the event of technical submission issues, firms must follow the provided procedures for assistance and alternate submission if approved. Responses should not be emailed to the Project Director.
