Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials and for performing all work as specified for the Revenue Producing Hangar at Winner Regional Airport, Winner, South Dakota. The project consists of several bid schedules and alternates: Bid Schedule A – Site Work: Includes approximately 1480 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 990 cubic yards of contractor furnished borrow material, 210 cubic yards of aggregate base course, 800 square yards of geotextile separator fabric, installation of chain link fence and gates, connecting to existing fencing, joint sealing, seeding and fertilizing, topsoil placement, mulching, fence removal, concrete approach pavement, silt fence installation, mobilization, and a construction safety phasing plan, among other related items. Alternate Bid A1 – Site Work (105’ x 25’ Hangar Bay): Consists primarily of 600 cubic yards of aggregate base course, 520 square yards of geotextile separator fabric, and other related work. Bid Schedule B – Hangar Construction (105’ x 75’): Construction of a complete 105’ x 75’ revenue producing hangar. Alternate Bid B1 – Hangar Construction (105’ x 25’ Hangar Bay): Construction of a complete 105’ x 25’ revenue producing hangar bay. Alternate Bid B2 and B3 – Hangar Insulation (105’ x 75’ and 105’ x 25’): Construction of insulation for the respective hangar sizes, complete.
