Site work for a mixed-use development in Green River, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is comprised of ADA upgrades in front of Monroe Elementary and Lincoln Middle School on Monroe Avenue in Green River, Wyoming. The work includes removal of sidewalk and curb and gutter and installation of ADA-compliant ramps, sidewalks, curb and gutter, striping, and pedestrian crossing signs and rectangular rapid flashing beacons. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2026, at 1:30 pm local time beginning at the Old Courtroom (lower level) in City Hall, 50 East 2nd North Street in Green River, Wyoming. Bids are to be submitted on or before 4:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) on May 7, 2026, at which time all bids will be read publicly at the Old Courtroom, City Hall, Green River, Wyoming.
