Question Deadline 05/07/2026 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Please reference the Lot 1 and Lot 2 Project Specifications documents, which are hereby incorporated into this scope of work. Lot 1 (Frances Court) includes site prep and clearing, interim erosion controls, installation of underground concrete drainage pipe and related infrastructure, and post construction site restoration including replanting grass and trees. Work will take place on OHA and City of Omaha property. The City has been involved in project planning and has granted preliminary approval of the project specifications. Lot 2 (Park Villa) includes conversion of the current surface stormwater drainage system into an underground system by installing PVC and flexible underground piping to connect to an existing storm sewer located at the south end of the property. New gutters, downspouts, flashing, and related components will be installed. There will be extensive removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete. OHA is seeking bids from qualified contractors for stormwater drainage improvements at two OHA locations in the city of Omaha. This IFB is divided into two lots: Lot 1 is at Frances Court Apartments located at 3706 Frances Court. Lot 2 is Park Villa Apartments located at 9455 Park Drive. Contractors may bid on one or both lots. Please note the following estimated timeframes: Anticipated contract execution: 7/1/2026 Anticipated contract term: 6 months Question Deadline 05/07/2026 at 2:00 PM CT This is the cutoff for submitting questions related to the Invitation for Bid.
