The Village of Oak Brook is seeking bids for the 2026 Neighborhood Street Resurfacing Project. Responses are to be submitted via the Villages eProcurement Portal. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be accepted. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety days after the scheduled time of opening. The Village of Oak Brook reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The proposed improvements include HMA surface removal, HMA pavement patching, HMA surface course, structure adjustments, ADA improvements, spot curb & gutter removal and replacement, landscape restoration and other related work.
